Designer Statement

I am a lead designer and strategist who enjoys creating future-proof services and systems.

With systems thinking I can capture the holistic problem context, shape a clear scope and find just the right leverage points for success.

I have experience in startups, scale-ups and complex large financial institutions.

Most importantly, I practise design with a very human and holistic spirit, the things and spaces I create must bring freedom, creativity and fulfillment.

Project Highlights

Together with a design and sustainability expert, we crafted a cross-industry workshops series, using our own bespoke tools and canvasses to map intersecting supply chains, identify bottlenecks for various players and took a dive into the systemic issues giving rise to these experienced bottlenecks. Our participants were empowered and enjoyed the insightful session, they include key industry players e.g. Stora Enso, CAKE, SCANIA and Internetstiftelsen.

Together with my lead, we were tasked to set up and grow a global design capability for the innovation labs across 4 countries and research and design market ready digital product / service propositions.

We formed part of multiple business concept teams, and being the design experts in a venture building innovation team. We were part of building and testing business models from the ground up, making sense of the market and customers, shaping the business concept and designing seamless flows.

This startup was tackling the problem of communication and linkage to care
by the local community, focusing on HIV and the journey from ignorance of
status to self-testing, and finally gaining access to the appropriate
information and care.

I was asked to help gain insight to the community’s reality, through immersion and empathic research, development of the concept and finally testing these concepts with low-mid fidelity interfaces.
